One night in Hong Kong...

On saturday afternoon Julia arrived after a 26 hour trip.
Saturday is usually the night to go out but I did not expect she would stay out long because of the trip and the jetjag.

Lets see :) ...

8 pm dinner at a thai restaurant. She could manage to use chopsticks.

10 pm cocktail at the Aquabar in Tsim Sha Tsui.
From here you have a nice view to HK island.

11.30 pm: on the way to HK island Julia and Uli had a stop over at seven eleven for a beer.

11.30 pm Featherboa in Central.

Its a beautiful bar with great mango daiquiries,
the glas is wrapped with chocolate.
Its difficult to find this bar; no signs outside.

But once you find it, you love to come back.

Just behave inside, the owner is a strikt lady and kicks out guests she doesn't like.

0.30 am on the way to LKF bar in the 19. floor of LKF hotel. A great but expensive bar with DJ on saturday and a fantastic view from the terrace.

Its better to come here during the week. At the weekend there too many people and you cant enjoy the view.

1 am Icebar @ Balalaikas, a russian reaturant in Lang Kwai Fong. You can drink wodka inside and because it is so cold, you can wear (fake) fur.
Julia brought "Ahoi Brause"(sherbet??). You put first the sherbet and than the wodka into your mouth, shake your head (mix the things together) and swallow.

Bar Insomnia at 2 am. This bar supposed to be open 24 hours, live bands all the time.

I never checked but this time the band was good and we finally danced.

Julia starts to like chinese beer.

3.00 am at one bar (forgot the name) in Lang Kwai Fong. A english girl offered us "jelly shots".

Dont know, whats inside... for sure alkohol; maybe only alkohol :)

Later we went to Wan Chai.

We where dancing in "Neptun 2", made some new friends in "Dusk til dawn" ... luckily from this time I have no fotos.

Than, at 6 am we got hungry...

... and ordered boneless chicken feet in "Fenwick".

Jule doesn't like it..

7 am; finnaly at home and tired....
